    Responsibilities

    Position objective: Assists in the development of cross-product content and implementation strategies, working with technical writers, content strategists, program managers, subject matter experts, and product leadership. Emphasis on optimizing and transforming operational content in manuals, user guides, and supplemental resources.

    Description of type of work/area of focus: Strategically organizes and develops content for the content management system and is responsible for making sure content is distributed to various communication channels as appropriate.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

     

    Education:  Enrolled and pursing an undergrad degree or higher in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

     

    Experience Requirements/Preferences:    Experience writing and coordinating large volumes of complex content required. Experience creating and writing technical communications.

     

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as a strong working knowledge of graphic design and visual presentation • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Salesforce • Training in Information Mapping, DITA, and/or other topic-based authoring processes preferred• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within teams and across the organization
