The Compensation and Benefits Manager manages and supports the development, implementation and ongoing operation of programs in the areas of compensation, benefits, and recognition/rewards. Through innovative program design and execution, this position ensures that programs are competitive, compliant, and equitable and aligned to ACT’s business strategy.
