The Program Manager II will oversee and manage the operational processes needed to deliver and fulfill Scoring and Reporting functions for the ACT, WorkKeys, and PreACT to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers. The position will assist with the evolution of new delivery platforms and current system upgrades. This position will manage incidents, quality, KPIs and other metrics for Scoring and Reporting.
