    The Program Manager II will oversee and manage the operational processes needed to deliver and fulfill Scoring and Reporting functions for the ACT, WorkKeys, and PreACT to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers. The position will assist with the evolution of new delivery platforms and current system upgrades. This position will manage incidents, quality, KPIs and other metrics for Scoring and Reporting.




    Typical work-related activities include:

    • Establish, implement, and maintain operational processes and ensure operational readiness as new systems emerge and/or current systems are redesigned.
    • Create and implement quality assurance plans; collaborate and inform team and organizational efforts to assess critical quality measurement.
    • Oversee vendor operational processes to ensure successful delivery of product and services, measuring performance against SOPs.
    • Collaborate with vendors regarding established procedural documentation and specifications. Ensure vendors meet requirements and deadlines within this documentation.
    • Establish and maintain routine operational meetings with vendors; inform vendor manager reviews of vendor performance as appropriate.
    • Provide collaborative vendor relationship, thoughtful leadership, and operational solutions.


    Minimum Qualifications



    • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a business area of study
    • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired


    • A minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience leading project development, implementation, and/or fulfillment delivery services required
    • Strong program and/or project management experience, including demonstrated success leading large scale, complex projects required
    • Large-scale paper and online assessment delivery experience preferred


    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgement in making decisions
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced Excel, Visio
    • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
    • Demonstrated collaboration and relationship management skills with internal stakeholders and external vendors
    • Demonstrated strong organizational and prioritization skills, including problem solving skills
    • Ability to successfully multi-task
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple, competing deadlines
    • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and/or familiarity with Agile/SAFe Agile methodology
