ACT is a nonprofit organization helping people achieve educational and workplace success. Our programs are designed to boost lifelong learning in schools and workplaces around the world. Whether it's guiding students along their learning paths, enabling companies to develop their workforce, fostering parent, teacher, and counselor understanding of student progress, guiding job seekers toward career success, or informing policymakers about education and workforce issues. ACT is passionate about making a difference in all we do.

ACT has adopted relational account management practices in which the Account Executive, Workforce maintains the account relationship for the life of the account. This individual develops new business, maintains that business, and expands that business through understanding the needs of the client and bringing ACT’s workforce products and services to the client in a manner that achieves the client’s goals and objectives. The Account Executive relies on standard operations and/or client-facing program management to ensure that the delivery of agreed upon solutions satisfies client needs, therefore the Account Executive informs the work of these teams.
