In collaboration with other members of the Talent Strategy team, the Senior Total Rewards Analyst manages and supports the development, implementation and ongoing operation of programs in the areas of compensation, benefits, and recognition/rewards. Through innovative program design and execution, this position ensures that programs are competitive, equitable and aligned to ACT’s business strategy.
