    Position objective: This individual has a dual role: research and administration. Supports Credentialing Advisory Services personnel at the Program Director and higher levels in facilitating and conducting of research projects. This includes conducting factual information searches, qualitative and quantitative data collection, and conducting surveys from design through analysis/reporting. This person will attend and provide support at client meetings (some travel required). Project-related duties include developing written and oral communications with clients and subject-matter experts, scheduling meetings, and monitoring and reporting project status. Provide administrative support for department members, including meeting planning, travel arrangements, travel reimbursement, and client invoicing.




    Typical work-related activities include:


    • Create and disseminate client communications
    • Conduct internet searches and summarize findings
    • Design, administer, and analyze web-based surveys
    • Draft technical reports of qualitative and quantitative research projects
    • Attend and provide support at subject-matter expert meetings (some travel required)
    • Provide administrative support to department members: travel arrangements, billing, scheduling





    • Bachelor’s degree in math, statistics, social sciences or humanities required
    • Master’s degree in the social sciences or humanities preferred
    • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired



    • A minimum of 1 year of full-time related experience, preferably in an education or research environment which includes project management or support in research-related work.
    • Previous experience designing surveys or analyzing survey data a plus
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, statistical software – SPSS preferred

    • Organized and detail oriented; able to multi-task
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Self-motivated and able to work successfully alone or as a member of a team
