A Content Specialist II applies content knowledge, flexibly and creatively, to further the work of the content team in exemplary ways. An individual in this position brings a global perspective and has knowledge of curriculum and workforce trends relative to the field of learning and assessment. The individual understands best practices in test development, contributes to process improvement activities, and has the ability to consistently create and deliver high quality test materials on schedule. The individual has the ability to conceive of, research, and write passages and essays appropriate for rigorous end-of-high school level Reading and English assessments. These texts cover a diverse range of subjects—such as arts, humanities, history, and science. The individual follows tight specifications to produce quality writing and is able to contribute to the development of similar specifications.
