    Position objective:  Define, plan, track and manage basic projects requiring entry level skills and/or assist senior level delivery management staff with their projects.  Responsible for ensuring that all materials needed for online and paper administrations of ACT’s Horizon II products are available in time to meet product master schedule deadlines.





    Typical work-related activities include:

    • Define items and Bills of Materials to sell, ship, and bill for ACT’s Horizon II products.
    • Assist in the managing and creation of product pricelists.
    • Manage various ordering platforms to ensure correct deliverables and a smooth customer experience.
    • Create and manage Supply and Operations Planning reports and host monthly report out meetings with cross departmental stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with Test Development to determine forms to be used for ACT’s Horizon II products
    • Plan vendor operational management activities related to test form production.
    • Document form rotation in master test form schedules.
    • Define form requirements in individual schedules including quantity, color, item numbers and serial number.
    • Establish operational delivery standards for material shipments.
    • Implement and/or improve upon existing documentation of processes necessary to successfully fulfill product delivery and work to ensure quality controls are defined and implemented within these processes.
    • Manage day-to-day vendor relationships, including providing clear business requirements and closely monitoring the fulfillment of vendor deliverables.
    • Incorporate area metrics necessary to achieve area and corporate goals.
    • Material usage billing and invoicing reconciliation




    • Bachelor’s degree in a related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired.



    • A minimum of 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Access.


    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Detailed task and schedule orientated
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
    • Experience with supply chain management and publication production a plus.
    • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Collaborative and able to work with others across the team and organization
    • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in making decisions
    • Ability to organize work, set priorities, and determine logical solutions to problems.
    • Ability to maintain attention to detail while performing a diverse set of frequently-changing tasks.
    • Understands technology and inventory management systems
