Responsible for designing new creative assets that will be used for various branding activities.


Typical work related activities:

  • Create new social media creative assets (motion and static graphics)
    • My Success campaign
    • ACT Cares campaign
    • Refresh social media templates
    • Partner with State Orgs and Work Ready Communities on creative asset refresh
  • Develop new design concepts to inspire, inform and captivate ACT customers and advocates
    • Visuals for ACT’s strategy and the transformation from testing to learning company
    • Create campaign templates for the Countdown to 60 campaign
    • Produce video with CEO describing the future of ACT
  • Conduct a social media audit across all channels with recommendations
    • Dashboard with key metrics, profile images, bios


Currently enrolled and pursing an undergraduate or higher degree in graphic design or similiar program.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proven graphic design experience with strong portfolio
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, creating videos and developing social media motion graphics
  • Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
  • Ability to collaborate, communicate and visualize complex messaging
