Position objective: ACT is currently looking for a highly motivated marketing campaign manager to deliver the best experience to our clients. This person must be a creative strategist who will develop, launch, manage, and optimize all marketing campaigns, across all regions, products, and channels for ACT’s international markets team. He or she will develop deep expertise in ACT products, policies, and processes and be capable of both efficient and accurate campaign execution, as well as identify opportunities to improve workflows and implement best practices across all channels. The campaign marketing manager will collaborate with content lead, partners, events, and community lead to align and optimize value across all domains. 

This role also partners with numerous teams (including other members of the international team, domestic US marketing team, public relations, and strategic partners) to design, curate, enhance, and deliver unique content that engages with our existing and prospective customers.



Typical work-related activities include

  • Design/develop and launch full portfolio of digital (online, web, display, social, search, messaging, email) and offline campaigns (both standalone and integrated) to maximize achievement of KPI’s
  • Design all campaigns with appropriate processes, tools, and services to ensure metrics and KPI’s are captured and consistently reported
  • Consistently evaluate, refine, and lead all programs with the goals of optimizing campaign performance against KPI’s
  • Identify, propose, and develop campaign opportunities which can be delivered in partnership with our global strategic partners
  • Participate in regular knowledge sessions to share and learn new strategies for campaign optimization and enhancement
  • Develop new tactics and audience targeting that can grow followers, engagement, and brand awareness within each social media platform
  • Monitor and manage all active campaigns on a daily basis - taking immediate/corrective action when needed, and identifying and making changes to optimize performance
  • Develop campaign and promotions best practices to improve scalability, repeatability, and velocity of future campaign efforts
  • Lead evolution, and manage execution, of our partner and market landing pages
  • Deliver program updates to internal marketing and sales teams
  • Proactively escalate issues and communicate potential challenges to manager and team




  • Bachelor’s degree in related area required, preferably in marketing
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired



  • Minimum of three years of progressively responsible marketing experience required
  • Minimum of three years of experience in digital (online, web, social, search, messaging, email) and offline (both standalone and integrated) campaign management required
  • Experience and knowledge of how to optimize content/posts on different social media platforms
  • Vendor management experience
  • Background in marketing, project management, and  vendor management preferred

  • Knowledge of marketing theories and practices
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, adept at managing change and priorities with an ability to work under tight         deadlines
  • Understanding of key technical aspects of marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads
  • Strong ability to instinctively engage others to achieve positive business outcomes
  • Strategic planning ability
  • Strong project management skills
  • Knowledge in brand creation and management, print production, CRM practices, social media engagement, and web integration
  • Knowledge of basic budgeting and accounting principles
  • Client relationship building and management skills
  • Significant business experience in a creative environment
  • Detail oriented with analytical, communication, and presentation skills (both verbal and written)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a comfort in working within a team
  • Must be an engager and networker who loves meeting people online, and building and maintaining relationships
  • Must understand online behavior and be savvy with global online communities
  • Must possess a deep understanding and enthusiasm for the web and social media
  • Strong understanding of online ad-serving concepts for video and mobile
  • Demonstrated knowledge or interest in digital trends in media, entertainment, and emerging technologies
  • Cool under pressure and able to concentrate in the middle of chaos
  • Passion for online advertising technology
  • Knowledge and interest in the education industry a distinct advantage
  • Sound knowledge of social media best practices, and the social media landscape
  • Must be entrepreneurial, a problem-solver, detailed reader, and creative thinker
  • Must be able to plan and manage competing deadlines and priorities
