The Operations Manager II is responsible for supporting, managing, directing and coordinating operational efforts and developing fiscally-sound solution models in support of partner programs, including sales, implementation and ongoing operations of ACT’s products and services in international markets, and for large scale data analysis and reporting in support of business objectives.
